Tasting notes GLENFIDDICH 12 YO

Palate: fresh. There are spices (white pepper) and rich ripe fruit notes: the apple already perceived at the nose is now accompanied by pineapple and banana. Well rounded.

Nose: the first perceivable aromas are ripe fruit (apple and pear) and malt). It is the the time of herbs. The aromatic bouquet is completed by some spicy notes of white pepper and cinnamon. Fresh and elegant.Tasting notes GLENFIDDICH 12 YO

Finish: the persistency is limited. It is spicy (black pepper) and slightly bitter, due to the woody notes. Lastly, the ripe fruit gets once again perceptible.

Commento: a very well known product, easy to find almost everywhere. Its aromatic palette is all but explosive. It is a mild whisky, even a little bit anonymous, but very easy to appreciate.
