TASTING NOTES – FOURSQUARE CRITERION

Nose

It releases a mix of wood and ginger, which is soon followed by cocoa and ripe fruit, including the red apple.

Palate

Suave spicy notes are joined by aromas of red fruit, among which cherry and plum stand out. Followed by notes of milk chocolate and vanilla.

Finish

Of medium persistence. Milk chocolate, red fruit and wood are reproposed again.

Overall, the Foursquare Criterion is a rum that is performs well on the nose. It is a round and very pleasant product, despite the high alcohol content.
