Foundation Cigar El Gueguense Toro Huaco: the cold draw brings vegetal notes, nuts and a little cocoa to the palate. In the first few puffs you are greeted with an intense note of cocoa.

In the first third, the cocoa continues on as the principal flavor, then follow notes of coffee and nuts. Strength is medium full (4/5).

The second third is characterized by the predominance of espresso, followed by earthy notes; towards the halfway point of the cigar notes of white pepper appear. Strength increase slightly (4,5/5).

In the final third the cocoa and coffee flavors are upheld as the principal flavors; secondarly we find wood and smoky notes. The finale is very long, black pepper and bitter cocoa stand out. Strength returns to the same level as in the beginning (4/5).

Overall, the El Güegüense Toro Huaco is aromatically intense and balanced cigar. It is decent from an evolutive point of view, but the main quality of this cigar resides in the satisfaction you get after each puff. The smoke, dry in the beginning, gradually becomes creamy and suave. Not to underestimate is the nicotine kick, thanks to how balanced the cigar is it may not be noticed immediately, but it will creep up on you. Post smoke is marked, persistent and recalls aromas of coffee and black pepper, with slightly spicy peaks.
