The AVO Improvisation Limited Edition 2022, will mark the tenth and final release of the series that was made to celebrate the birthday of the late founder Avo Uvezian.
This year’s release will feature two different blends, but they both share the same Robusto Grande size, measuring 55 x 140mm (5 1/2″). One is referred to as the Golden Blend, while the other is called the Brown Blend. The Golden Blend features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over a Dominican binder and filler, while the Brown Blend uses a Ecuadorian wrapper, over a Mexican binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
“This final Improvisation release showcases two distinct yet complimentary blends that pair in harmony with various occasions, times of day, and flavour and intensity preferences of the aficionado”, says Edward Simon, Chief Marketing Officer at Oettinger Davidoff. “The AVO Improvisation 2022 packaging memorialises the musical inspiration of the AVO lines.”
There will be 11 cigar of each blend in a box and the production is limited to 4,290 boxes worldwide. US retailers will receive their shipment in March, while Europe will have to wait until June for theirs.
