O.F.C Distillery is where it all started for Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. back in 1870. The O.F.C. stands for “Old Fashioned Copper,” but is now a National Historic Landmark. Better known today as the Buffalo Trace Distillery. This will be the fifth limited edition bourbon named after the O.F.C. Distillery, but only the fourth to be sold. This Kentucky straight bourbon was distilled back in 1995, and then aged for 25 years before its bottling in 2020. Like the previous O.F.C. releases, this bourbon will arrive in an eye-catching wooden display box. Inside you’ll find a hand-carved crystal bottle with the 1995 Vintage proudly displayed on the bottle. Every detail is beautifully created, even down to the real copper lettering inlaid in the bottle with a hand-applied paper label. Truly a display piece for any bourbon collector.
O.F.C. Vintage Bourbon 1995 will be a very limited release. No total production numbers are given for this vintage. Each 750-ml size bottle has an MSRP of $2,500. The 1995 Vintage will be available in December 2020.
